项目规划两个地下车库(地下车库一、地下车库二) , 本工程为地下车库一, 设两层地下室, 地下建筑面积20647.82平方米, 地下室周长约447.0m。本工程± 0.000m相当于广州城建高程7.80m, 现基坑周边场地广州城建高程6.40 ~6.90m;地下室底板面广州城建高程-0.35m, 地下室周边剪力墙承台高1.5m,即基坑开挖深度考虑至广州城建高程-1.85m, 则基坑开挖深度为8.25 ~8.75m。电梯井坑中坑深度为2.0m。
地下车库一因历史原因已放坡开挖3.0 ~3.5m, 并且于基坑内换填了1.0m厚砖渣打设管桩, 现状坑底广州城建高程3.40m, 根据上述基坑开挖深度, 现还需开挖约5.25m方能满足结构施工。从场区地质条件来看, 广州城建高程3.4m以下为淤泥、淤泥质土层, 不再适宜放坡开挖, 应进行垂直支护开挖。
